The Orleans metropolitan area is modernizing its information system
The Orleans metropolitan area entrusted Kh-Corporate with defining an IT strategy for its operational entities. Starting in 2020, this mission was expanded to include the management and optimization of business IT.
Objectives
- Support governance with management tools and a shared document repository.
- Strengthen IT performance and resilience while ensuring business continuity.
- Secure data and access, including mobile access.
- Involve teams in the digital transformation and train them in best practices.
- Anticipate future business needs by co-developing innovative and secure solutions.
Kh-Corporate implemented a comprehensive and progressive approach
- Organizational and functional audit of the information system.
- Migration of the infrastructure to a private hybrid cloud solution with centralized supervision.
- Resizing and securing network connections between entities.
- Deployment of a mobile digital environment for all employees (remote access, security, password management, equipment).
- Training of employees and management in cybersecurity and the secure use of mobility.
Results
The project enabled the various entities to strengthen their business continuity and improve the quality of service to citizens:- Parking service interruption rate of less than 10% over the year
- Significant reduction in IT complaint processing time, with an average turnaround time of less than 2 hours.
