Danitis: responsible AI to enhance HR data and secure job applications

Danitis management wanted to regulate the use of artificial intelligence within the company in order to preserve its expertise and protect personal data.

The main challenge was to secure the candidate database while allowing teams to benefit from the power of AI, without compromising confidentiality or risking the leakage of sensitive information.

 

Objectives

  • Implement a RAG engine integrating Danitis’ expertise – the CV database – the assignment database – company processes.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance and the security of sensitive data.
  • Provide an assistant capable of suggesting relevant profiles in real time, directly linked to current assignments.
  • Automate the reading, analysis, and sorting of applications.

Approach

  • Audit the document database and qualify internal sources (resumes, assignments, histories).
  • Definition of a GDPR-compliant data governance framework.
  • Implementation of an RAG engine on a sovereign cloud infrastructure.
  • Design of interfaces tailored to recruiters, with automated profile suggestions and personalized message generation.
  • Training of teams in the use of the tool and the responsible use of AI.
